Don't ask Hotpress. Story in one of the papers at teh weekend about Hotpress staff selling their promo CDs to second hand shops. Which is fine, but a guy left his name on his Trivium promo

Saw them supporting Maximo Park and thought they were just another Dublin 'Should of beens' in the making. Though they are getting pretty good reviews, it intrigues me to give them another go. They're playing an in-store here in Maynooth tomorrow though it clashes with a lecture and I've missed enough of these ones already. It's hard being a student sometimes... (cue barrage of student criticism)

Wasn't expecting high-jinks, but a bit of life in the guys at least. They all looked like they would have rather been somewhere else. an odd, unfulfilling, emotionally empty gig. shame, but give em time i suppose.

Warhol's gay and Pallenburg wouldn't touch Alan Partridge for all the tea in China. A-Haaaaaaaaaaa! Back of the net. Saw Director live a couple of weeks ago and they were very good.

They're just quiet guys, not especially into the whole thing of flinging themselves around the stage.. they'll learn how to put on 'a show' in time.
