20 Replies and 7330 Views the cost of going to Gigs  7330  20 Started by  kitter Folks I want to get some opinions regarding gigging in Dublin at the mo... I think gigs, all gigs are too expensive, I'm not talking about mcd ones even, although the are obviously the biggest culprits! Most bands now are €7 upwards which I think is just too much. Yeah it's only £5.50 I know but everything is just more expensive and I think cover charges should be less. Why can't we bring music back to the people

1 Replies and 1696 Views HELP WANTED - Dr Miller / Sean Miller  1696  1 Started by  James I am trying to trace Sean Miller, whose last album has received rave reviews from this & other sites. I used to play the London scene with my band (Liberty Valance) on the same bill on a number of occassions with Sean and his then very talented Cute Hoors band back in the early 90's. If anyone has any contact details or knows his whereabouts then please could you forward them. Thanking you in advance.
