Been meaning to mention this for a while. But has anyone been to a gig in the village in the last couple of months or so.
Ive seen the Future Kings of Spain, I Am Kloot and Jesse Malin there lately and the sound was pure quality every time. It really has improved. Can this be because of the sound desk move ?
What do you reckon ?

I agree with ya. A mate of mine has a recording from when Josh Ritter played there about a year or so ago and it's s**t quality. But all of the recent gigs, Jesse Malin and Ellison 9 sounded really good. It's a great venue when set up properly so defo agree with ya mate.

I think so. I've been in there about once a week for the last while and, although it still has it's dodgy moments, the sound has improved in general. I think it depends on where you stand too though!

Yeah definately agree , I was at the IMRO gig their recently and I was expecting the sound to be well dodgey based on what I'd read here previously , however it was quite good , one thing though the vocals in nearly all the bands were too low !
