I've heard great things about the sunset rubdown album, it's hopefully on it's way over the Atlantic to me as I type. I got an MP3 copy of their EP yesterday but haven't had the chance to listen yet.

Good chance I'll like it so. Spencer Krug's a very talented and prolific guy, also plays keys for a band called Frog Eyes and was on the Islands record too.

Yeah I know......his talent really comes out on this Sunset Rubdown record though, it's much better than the two previous EP's. Liked your review of the Islands album too mate, I'd agree with your points made on it.

Good to know, for the most part I prefer his WP songs to the ones that Dan Boekner songs on (bar "it's a curse" and "Shine a light")

Is that Mogwai album really that good? I was very sceptical about the generous reviews it recieved.

Hey Gar! Yea I really like it Was never really the biggest fan To be honest I kinda avoided them a little With the exception of Sigur Ros and a limited few others I'm not toooo into guitar based instrumental bands But this album is huge man seriously.

I'll take your word on it then Benni. What I've heard from them previously didn't blow me away but may pick this one up.

Gar, picked up that SR album today. It's very good, first song in particular.
