    Ok, in response to the "soundalike" thread, what are the best covers? My favourite would definitely be Hendrix's version of "All Along The Watchtower" and Ten Years After's version of "Woodstock" can't think of any more recent ones off the top of my head.

    Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah - fo sho! the johnny cash cover is great too, but to be honest i really dont like the scissor sisters one. at all.

    if James Blunt wasn't at the top of the charts, a lot of people would be raving about him and moaning that he wasn't successful. KT Tunstall's performance on Jools Holland was absolutely brilliant. Zat is all I have to say on this matter, which is basically about preference, not quality.

    Smashing Pumpkins cover of Thin Lizzy's 'Dancing In the Moonlight' is really cool. Also Will Oldham's cover of 'Big Balls' by AC/DC is great, he sings it so earnestly in his typical style its absolutely hilarious!
