Right its either "Ocean Doesn't Want Me" or "Little Rain (For Clyde)" Bth are from the "Bone Machine" CD..........i'm pretty sure its "little Rain"

What do people think of his new album? I'm a bit unsure whether to get it as I wasn't impressed with the four or so tracks that I heard. And no Dublin date on his tour

I'm definitely sure that he will be at least in Ireland for shopping/fishing or something, given that his wife is from my home town of Tralee, Co. Kerry!!! Next time I'm down there and if I see him in my local I'll have a word with him :D I heard 'hoist that rag' on dave fanning's programme on sunday night, I really liked it. His voice sounded less slurred (slurry?!?!?) than on other recent records, it had a catchy tune - and he really sounds like lucifer with that booming voice!!! I know the record got unimpressed reviews elsewhere - perhaps a review on CLUAS will put us right, someone!!!!!

I was planning to review the record, but have no cash to buy it and would prefer if another Cluas (possibly another Waits fan) scribe would pen an honest review. I'm a big fan of his, even though I've never seen him live, but his last few albums have kind of gone downhill I think for a man of such genius. Maybe I just need to listen to the album more in depth.
