i have been doing this mighty stef thing for over a year now as a really fun side runner to my band 'the subtonics'. next saturday (march 6th)in eamon dorans were putting on a big celebration-party-mash up type thing. its gonna be a night of great music with the fantastic urges and rats of the shining paths (a country blues rock n roll affair made up of current members of republic of loose and ex members of chicks)...then the mighty stef and his band of men (apologies to the one lady involved) will play their first full show together. you can suss out these tunes on www.themightystef.cjb.net to see if its your thing. basically im calling for any interested parties to come on down. its gonna be a good night with 3 good acts. afterwards the tunes will be kept dangerous as appointed djs on the night john paul de fall, ruairi thing and the leather girls spin tunes till nigh on 3 am. 8 euro is the damage..... anyone goint to the souledad brothers should come down after. the live s**t will be going till midnight. anyway...its all just a suggestion. but a good one
