Mark Eitzel is the greatest lyricist in the history of popular and alternative music. Seriously. Not joking. No one comes close to the great man. Met him twice, once in The Village and once in Whelans and I was shaking afterwards. American Music Club are one of the greatest, most undervalued American bands of the last 25 years...

I always thought Neutral Milk Hotel’s version of “I Love How You Love Me” was an amazing song, might be a bit rough sounding for a wedding though.
