If you admired the dedication of someone 'round these parts who is now absent, why not strive to follow their example and aim for the same levels of dedication and activity instead of lamenting their absence?!

I even miss gar posting around here. He was and is a very observant critic and i think Ally was more complimenting his efforts on cluas.

As far as I know Ally, Gar is alive and well and freelancing for a number of papers.

gar was alright... i thought he was too serious... but any conversation is better than none...

Ah your missing the point Eoghan, not everyone can be a total engine of discussion like Gar was. Most of us just don't have the mental energy, and when people like that stop posting, it has an effect on the whole forum.

Hey.......just stumbled upon this thread and wanted to confirm my status of still being alive. I started a new job some months ago, so been pretty busy with that ever since and didn't have the time to post on the messageboards as much. Glad to see Cluas is still going strong and a lot of regulars are still present around these parts.
