    if anybody has heard of the band rubyhorse, then they will know that they are on the verge of something, they were the first unsigned band to ever top an international chart when they hit the top of the mp3 charts. As well as that george harrison made one of his last ever recordings when he asked could he play slide guitar on the tack punchdrunk. Now that the debut album RISE has been released they have been brewing up a storm across the water in the states and an irish release and tour is on the cards some time early in the new year but for now the album is on sale as a hmv import, it costs 25 euro but it is worth it for one of the albums of the year

    got it like it - very american though..eh? hardworking boys - great website - www.rubyhorse.com bostonians are mad for these guys... 0h and they are so sound too. check frank mcnally's article on cluas frontpage - he tipped them over a year ago... www.soundweb.ie

    If you heard them live you would change your tune as regards the american thing, there is a much rawer stripped down rock element to their live shows with the beautiful punchdrunk outthro breaking into the chorus of my sweet lord, hopefully you will get to see them play within 6 months in ireland, glad to hear you have the cd, now everybody else get it
