| some good tracks on the album, mary jane, give it to me baby, superfreak etc.. sleazy pop/funk...some of its really good, some not so good.
he actually started out in music as good mates with neil young, in fact they were in a group together i think or at least they played together.....and they lived together at one point i think...
he did beat and torture women and took loads of drugs...in fact he used to line the windows of his mansion with tin foil so he'd never know if it was night or day and he took a serious amount of cocaine. he made alot of people very f*ckin wealthy with his habit i'd say..on a personal level he seemed to have alot of problems..but i like some of his music...
when he died, he had claimed to have been clean..however they found 9 different substances in his body in the toxicology report..
his music is great though in my opinion....
the republic of loose borrow heavily from him..no bad thing.. | | | |

Can't stop listening to that new White Stripes tune either .. "Conquest" - normally can't stand them, but that song is f**king hilarious - it's like something off "Rock School" ! | | | |

That happened me a few weeks back too... some mad french tune, followed by The National and then an ould tune from the 70s that my dad sang on - I nearly crashed the car!!
