Went along to damien jurado in whelans last night. Excellent gig. Even if he did only play one tune off of the "I break chairs" album. Whelans wasnt packed but I was still impressed with the respect shown by the crowd during songs, alot of which were just him and the guitar. You could have heard a pin drop during the songs, no talking or very little if any. Impressive. The support act, dolorean, another american band, were equally good. An enjoyable night
