What a great night last night.
Niall James Holohan pop rocked it in Pravda
Fair Verona got the chick vote in Spirit
skinny skinny Idlewild were full of all of the beans in the Olympia
Sack members wrapped themselves in toilet paper in the Music Centre
Rulers of the Planet kicked cameras after Sack
and Mighty Stef ended it all in sweatbox Hub.
Great vibe around town, and the photo exhibition in the basement of filmbase is worth a look too, mighty fine snaps, especially Miss Lili and James AAA
Can't wait for tonight.
Major props to Angela Dorgan, Kathy Doyle, Brian Caroll and all the other organisers and co

Saw Delorentos in the Olympia early on, very impressed. Caught bits of others around the night, but holy s**t, The Mighty Stef. Brilliant, i know its only the first night in, but that will be hard to top

yeah, Stef is awesome, used to love The Subtonics in their Stef days, those Hub gigs were always brilliant. There's a couple of good tracks of his on cpu if you don't have them already.

spirit is the worst venue i've ever played, and i've played andersons in athy.

saw some band in spirit (on straight after fair verona) and they seemed to have huge potential, id definitely check em out again as soon as i look up their name, but the sound was muck. Two great voices were getting drowned out in a muddle of guitars and keys. such a pity.

That's 'Cartoon' Daragh. Saw them before in TBMC yonks ago, they're quite good alright..
Spirit was kind of funny because you had all these dirty rockers Qing beside all the shiney Spirit clubbers. I predict a riot...

cheers, youve saved me rooting out my timetable. Yeah thought the crowd upstairs was gas, all that fake tan and mini skirts mixed in with the indie hair cut brigade, pretty funny.
