Im just writing to gauge interest. I have a premises. It has toilets, a canteen (microwave and kettle). the rooms are circa 20' x 20', its an industrial unit in robinhood industrial estate, there are 5 permanent studios and 5 nightly rental studios. its is along bus routes near red cow, but also near ballymount industrial estate. the rent per room would be 600euro/month for an empty room, more for a fully equiped one. There would be no restrictions on when you could use the space, the 5 resident bands would have front door keys, and each band would have their own room key, the room could only be accessed by them and myself. rooms should be ready early march
The nightly rentals will be 50 euro and and you get a fully equiped room for 4hrs 7-11pm
