    Did anyone go to Scott Matthews last night in Whelans. Although it was just himself and his guitar I thought it was a really excellent gig. He is a top player and has a voice to match... not to mention his inbetween song jibberings

    I met him in the bar afterwards - sounds bloke.

    yeh i was there (sorry, slightly late post i know, about 2 months after the event!)
    really enjoyable gig, ths guy is so chilled on stage it's unreal
    he's got a great self deprecatory sense of humour too, comes across as totally down to earth and sound as a trout
    oh and the music wasn't bad either
