The Sabbath The Sabbath is a day of independent music in aid of the dublin rape crisis centre. It takes place on Sunday 5th may 2002 in whelans, beginning at two in the afternoon. Performing on the day will be the jimmy cake the redneck manifesto the dudley corporation goodtime john npb paul o'reilly somadrone richard egan large mound with more to be announced. There will also be a selection of djs and visuals throughout the day. Plus a late club, with sounds provided by the lovely people of savage banter Admission is €10. This will allow entrance to the gig and for patrons to come and go as they please throughout the day. As this is a charity event there will be no guest list. The Sabbath is a good wholesome alternative to the heiniken weekend. For more information, questions or queries mail thesabbath@eircom.net
