Primal Scream and Radiohead both releasing albums this year, hooray!
Anything else to look out for?
Please, Mr. Edison, won't you invent a machine to stop these monsters? |

I haven't heard anything about Radiohead releasing anything this year.
Here's two to look out for:
Damien Rice - O (Feb. 1)
Ooberman - Hey Petrunko (May possibly)

Hello, my name is JimmyMichigan ... and I'm an alcoholic.
I've managed to secure an advanced copy of Claus' recently reviewed "Isolation Drills" (Guided By Voices) and I think it's fantastic. I honestly have not heard a straight up, honest, rock&roll format record with consistently well-constructed songs (such as this record provides) in quite some time. The last time I recall enjoying a record as much as this one, would have to be one of those outstanding Pixie's albums (Doolittle/Bossanova/Trompe Le Monde) of over ten years ago. The louder it plays ... the better it sounds.

Damien Rice as mentioned above, 'O' is one I'm personally looking forward to, what a beauty. Hes launching it on Thursday night in TBMC, not to be missed, a Take 2 on the night he played in TBMC recently, but should be alot better. I don't think hes recording this one, so it won't seem as rehearsed as his last show.

No only have you repeated yourself, you also got the venue wrong. He's playing at Vicar St. not the TBMC.
