Pearl Jam are coming to Dublin to play the Point Theatre August 23. It's their first Irish gig in six years. Tickets are strictly limited to four per person and will go on sale this day week. Their new, self-titled album is released next week.

Their last two albums, Binaural and Riot Act, have been really poor by their standards. I've heard good things about the new album but I won't hold my breath. Still going to see them live. They really put on a fantastic show.

that will be pretty sound, pearljam wednesday, Radiohead+beck thursday, and then the electric picnic the next thursday. that will be a fine way to end the summer
