Cover of Semi's debut albumSemi hail from Cork and 'Disco Diva' is a single from their debut album 'Mervyn in Toronto'. The album was recorded in the producer's attic in Nancy Spain's in Cork and features ten, and let's be honest here, impressive songs. A wide variety of subjects and subjects are deftly covered by the band ranging from dysfunction to TV shows, via reflection, isolation, self doubt, drug highs, love, religion, Germans and, er, Barry White.

A genuine live force, be sure to make the effort to see then whenever they pass nearby - live is the place where the essence of Semi thrives.
