| Newly established band are looking for a keyboardist. Our sound could be described as relatively commercial psychedelic alt-rock with some dark and electronic elements.
Some of our influences would be: Doves; BRMC; Interpol; Death In Vegas; Mogwai; MBV; Massive Attack; Jeff Buckley; Tool; Primal Scream; Rush; Ian Brown; Verve; Bloc Party; Velvet Underground; Muse…(not trying to sound like any of these though)
So far there’s bass, drums and guitar. We’re in our mid 20’s and we all have previous gigging and recording experience.
What we’re looking for:
• Commitment to rehearsal 2-3 times weekly
• Contribute to songwriting
• Previous gigging and recording experience
• Also contribute cash as well when needed
This is not a session or a bit part; we’re looking for someone to be actively involved in all aspects of the band from an early stage
We have a city centre rehearsal room, contacts throughout all aspects of the industry (producers, studio, promoters, PR, media) and have serious management interest.
