Christmas is nearing and with that we offer a wonderful early present for you!! Irish record label 'Spacepig' presents Pete Maguire's PONIENTE EP Launch! 'Spacepig' introduce a new artist to the books with a fantastic release from a young up and coming Irish producer Pete Maguire. The EP includes massive remixes from DJ PP & Brian Taffe. Full support has been coming from the likes of Richie Hawtin ,Luciano, Carl Cox, Mark Knight, Hugo, Loko and Graham Gold.

Irish DJ and Producer who is really working hard at the moment to establish a foothold in the world of Techno and House! 2010 has been a great year for the young Dublin lad. In his first year he has had 10 original tracks released on various labels. Early support came from Fredde le Grand, Kyau & Albert and Dave Spoon which led too him being approached by Paul Oakenfold's "Perfecto" for remix duties. This Christmas he will have one of his tracks featured on a double disc compilation album for one of the world’s biggest record labels, Armada.

Brian Taffe.
2010 will be a year that Brian Taaffe will find hard to forget. With the launch of his very own record label, Space Pig Recordings, he embarks on an exciting new venture to shape Ireland's very own brand of House and Techno. Space Pig will set about nurturing and developing the funk and groove brand elements of Irish based techno while also fabricating a flow of genuine production talent across the many electrifying genres of home grown house and techno. Space Pig will also oversee the unearthing and promotion of local DJ's. With five record releases ready to roll and international artists on hand to provide exciting remixes, it's gearing up to be a remarkable year for Space Pig Records.
