Fantastic gig! Tom Barman is a legend, great showman. I take it you mean the crowd were fairly unenthusiastic/unanimated? It was a monday night, I blame work the following day for holding people back (Myself Included). I would love to see this very same gig again on a thurs/fri/sat.

Yeah I hate Monday night gigs. It wasn't just that the crowd were unanimated, there was a real lethargy about them. I mean it was Deus! There was no connection between band & crowd, should have been sizzling as they were playing great. The short set at Oxegen was actually better, completely blew everyone away.

Tom Barman is indeed a god, have you seen his film Any Way The Wind Blows? Would recommend it. Respect growing for Mauro too, he is a MAN I tells ya.

Would you believe I have it at home for about a year and a half and I've never watched it! A friend of mine rented it in xtravision and they forgot he had it, then he leant it to me in a different dvd case, and I have no clue which one its in, I must look for that!

Nice one: I've tickets for them in Paris end of November. 'Vantage Point' is a cracking album, a huge improvement on 'Pocket Revolution' and in places as good as their best. How could anyone be bored watching that band? Eejits.

Definitely root it out Floodzer, makes me wanna get my ass over to Antwerp.

Aidan - I'm in Paris for a weekend in Nov, but leave the day before the Deus gig, didn't check before I booked flights, raging now.

Felt like the majority of people were in Tripod just to hear songs off Worst Case Scenario. No idea why people haven't picked up Vantage Point, it really is excellent.
