Myself and some others have taken over a premises near Capel street to let as rehearsal spaces. Currently there are two rooms left for rent:

• An approx 15x15 Ft. room. Would suit a 3-5 piece band. €600 per month.
• A smaller room, suitable for 1-2 people. Previously used by a drummer to give lessons in. Could be used similarly by musician for lessons or just as a small practice room. €350 per month.

The rooms will be fully sound proofed and should be available by mid January. If anyone is interested or has any questions just send me an email at lurlow@yahoo.ie.
