Point being it's not the fresh, new, incendiary act of spontaneous rock n' roll revolution Unicron seems to think.
The dude from James did it, ffs. James!

Never said Will was the frst to do it. I'd heard Jonny Borrell had done it before I went to the gig on Tuesday but I didn't mention it becasue it pains me to even think about him.

So the fear is, when your band plays the Olympia, that the audience will be tutting at your Tarzanesque heroics saying "Who does he think he is, Johnny Burrell? He wishes !"

Brilliant performance, brilliant crowd, terrible sound.

I heard the sound was bad alright.... not so many over zealous reports from a few mates of mine who went. But then they *are* sound engineers!

Sound engineers can f**k right off. The magic of those AF shows stemmed from the energy of the performance not crystal clear sound.

Agreed, they created a wall of sound, as much from the speakers as from themselves. It was incredible. I don't want to get all pitchfork on it but the sound swept you off your feet and complete enveloped you.

In saying that, I was close to the front
