We all know, if we are in gainful employment, of at least one middle management type (aka David Brent) who hangs in their office a motivational poster of a sunset or mountain top with the words, 'vision', 'confidence' or 'success' printed underneath. Last week though, I got an email from some surfers I know Down Under featuring some, ahem, alternative motivational posters.
