Re: The SOUND WAVES Top 10 Irish Albums (1999 - 2009)
Jules, At a quick glance I can say that these votes would not have dramatically changed the top 50. If I had got them in time I think the only difference would have been Bell X1's 'Flock' making it into the top 50. I have to say I agree with you on Bap Kennedy's album, it is an oft forgotten gem (I for one forget to vote for it). And if I had voted for it, and you had got your votes in on time, I think it too might have (just) sneaked into the top 50...

really terrible list.. not being offensive but your musical tastes are at best, 'dinosaur'. believe me, the world does not need you to make a music blog. people go to blogs to learn about new music, not to read about some crappy band you liked when you were younger. the top 50 is cool because it has a wide variety of bands from different people, yours is some load of crap. love.. paddy

Ahh paddy, you should try to substitute ignorant vulgar abuse for something approaching a coherant thought, nearly all the albums on this list are by young artists in a variety of genres and nearly half were debuts. The frame of reference set by Cluas.com was albums released during their ten years on line. Duh!
