Just wondering really. I love the stuff, can't get enough of it. Come December Mariah becomes a glittering (!) star and Wham sound like the geniuses that they probably were.
What do you think?
Just a small footnote for those who think all seasonal audio is worthless. Perhaps (... the self plug that followed has been deleted by a moderator...)

This thread smells of spam.
Malcolm Middleton however, rocks!
He even beats Hansard as the Lord of the Ginge, Return of the Whinge.

Definite spammy fragrance. I've gone and deleted the offending self-promoing by hugger. We have a
forum
where that can be done.

Last 3 years come 1st December I've listened to Sufjan Stevens: Songs For Christmas fairly non stop. That said, I'm a fan of Christmas.

'Christmas Wrapping' by The Waitresses is a brilliant song. (Can't find the original version anywhere on the web, just the bland Spice Girls cover.)
Ronan Collins usually plays a Jackson Brown song called 'Rebel Jesus' which is great too.

Find that christmas wrapping tune here... http://sixeyes.blogspot.com/2008/12/sixeyes-one-and-only-christmas-mix-2008.html and it is the best modern xmas song out there!
