Absolutely blinding...2 piece brass section really added to the night. The band on great form and fairly talkative too...best gig I have been to in an age.

good stuff. Heard very mixed reports from their stint in the Olympia. Missed them at Glasto, so might check them out tomorrow.

I saw The National when they were here as part of the Sydney Festival.
They were an absolute highlight and well worth catching. The music really comes to life - sometimes their records can be a little staid.
