Yeah, its a lists thread, but its a bit quiet in here, so what harm. Whats the last tune that made you want to spontaneously dance round the room like a loon, outside of a club? For me it was "Denmark" by the Chemical Brothers, followed by "Pressure Suit" by Adult. yesterday evening, OK, more spacking out than dancing, but still....

The new Bloodhound Gang single. I should hate it, as it follows their usual childish fart/sex/reproductive organs line of witty lyrics, but..... I can’t hate it. I love it. Really and truly. I’m so embarrassed right now, it actually hurts. Vulcanize the whoopee stick / in the ham wallet Cattle prod the oyster ditch / With the lap rocket Batter dip the cranny ax / In the gut locker Retrofit the pudding hatch / With the boink swatter Marinate the nether rod / In the squish mitten Power drill the yippee bog/ With the dude piston Pressure wash the quiver bone / In the bitch wrinkle Foxtrot Unicorn Charlie Kilo

hehe, just had an image of benni dancing around like ricky gervais! now THAT would be worth seeing. The tune for me is "Senegal Fast Food" by Amadou et Mariam, jesus it is good, great album too.

I know it's an oldie but 'Such A Night' by Dr. John, pleasantly took me by surprise earlier today. Also liking 'Black Sheep' from the new Ep by The Prescriptions.

Nowt wrong with oldies on this thread, its about what last moved ya, literally. I was listening to "Home in your heart" by Solomon Burke in the car on my lunch break, but its a bit hard to bop around in the drivers seat of a hatchback. Amazing tune, theres just got so much raw soul energy to his vocal performance.

2am by Thee More Shallows, not often you hear Glockenspiels on speed so its hard not to join in....in a kind of Tim Booth circa 'Seven' type of way...
