Lunny and U2 are old gaurd. Probably good stuff, but I think the new kind of Irish music is happening in garages and home studios as we natter on here.

A new opinion piece is up on the site about the American vote, expanding on the idea already discussed here about whether music should be politics free or not. It's a well written and thought provoking piece and one from an Amercian writer. I'd agree whole heartedly about his points. Good stuff!
