| | I like the idea of Midnight at the Olympia having original acts play instead of the Stars in their Eyes rejects that seems to contineuosly play the venue.
Nothing worse than going to a gig, and arranging to meet friends afterwards in a shiny, trendy bar (we all have friends who insist on having nights out in these places) only for a door monkey not to let you in. This way, it can be pints with mates early doors, then off to the gig. Everyones is a winner.
Super bonus points to the manager for FINALLY ending that stoopid Murphys/Heineken eclusive in the bar. Murphys is now gone, & guinness is in, as is Carlsberg & the King, Cashels .... Cider without the heartburn ! | | | |
