anyone head this, i remember (i think) someone talking about it a while ago, its basically "ok computer" performed by the Easy Star All Stars, the same dudes who did Dub Side of the Moon, and it is f**king awesome!

much more downbeat than dub side, and a whole load of reggae legends, horacy andy, toots (!!!!) sugar minottetc lending vocals, but all in its quality.

groovy, only word.

some cleansing reggae after the disaster that was jimmy cliff live

Thanks for reminding me of this, downloading it off emusic now. One of those covers albums that you think could be just gimmicky and pointless but turns out to be actually quite good.

It's easy to see where they got the idea though, Radiohead and Massive Attack originally planned to collaborate on a remixed version of OK Computer, but as far as I'm aware, it sadly never happened. Gives you a glimpse of what might have been, might have even stopped Radiohead discovering the Warp records back catalog 10 years too late, haha

The version of Let Down by Toots is one of the best songs Ive heard in a long time. Works brilliantly.

yeah its brilliant isn't it? definitely one of the standout tracks, after listening to it a bit more i dont think its quite as good as dub side, though it does have its moments. Good album either way.

Does anyone good albums with Doreen Schaeffer (sp) on them, i only know her throught the Skatallites, and the only stuff of hers i could find were on some Studio One collections.
