Anybody know what the story is with The Marbles? they still alive or what?

Only one of the original trio are now in the band. Justin was pushed/jumped, big mess anyway. Legal battles, loads of back stabbing. The Marbles are now a 4 piece with only the guitarist still left from original line up. http://www.obsoletemusic.com
