looking for 1 or 2 trad musicians/ singers, boadhran , fiddle, flute playes etc ... to colllaborate for a gig in Branagans of Cathedral Street , Dublin 1(beside tax office)on Paddys day you do not need to be an amazing all ireland champ or anything , just good enough to competently play songs like Dirty Old Town and other ballads, Christy Moore and Pogues stuff, and general good craic/vibe songs..... not sure bout cash for the day, probably be a bit, defo free drink this is only a pipeline thing at the moment, depending on me getiin people involved and the management not finding an established band in the meantime, so anyone interested send me an email at paul_loughran@hotmail.com slainte

as i didn't get any reply's for this ad I have come to the conclusion that this was probably the wrong site to be posting an ad looking for trad musicians or even just musicians who like to play and sing irish songs..... can't believe the offer of free drink didn't even temp anyone to give it a go for the craic. Anyone know of any sites where my ad would have been better suited?? any info mucho appreciatio slainte
