ha, just read the single review of Jessica Simpson's cover of "These Boots are Made For Walkin'" in the Ticket, (one star) had to put it up though, pretty funny, (n she did slaughter a great tune)
quote:
For her role in the Dukes of Hazzard movie, Ms Simpleton has wrangled the Nancy Sinatra classic to the ground, kicked the s**t out of it, and run it over with a monster truck. Redneck Hell
Theres a brilliant review of the movie in the ticket too, donald clarke destroys it.

As long as he didn't diss the General Lee, some childhood icons are sacred. Its the coolest car... ever. Thats the only reason to see this movie, everything else is superfluous (someone hasn't made the mistake of ruining this movie by actually trying to include dialogue and stuff?) Random factoid: The General Lee is a Dodge Charger which is a closely related model to the Dodge Challenger which features in the 1970s cult movie "Vanishing Point" which was the inspiration for the Primal Scream album of the same name. Primal Scream also released an album called "Give out but don't give up" which features a confederate flag on the cover, exactly like the one on the roof of.. you guessed it, The General Lee. No reason, just thought I'd share that.

Jessica Simpson was ordered to lose two stone for her role in Dukes of Hazard. That's f*cking scary.
