(1) The Author of said post will be hunted down by what is will become known as the "cluas-con-us brigade" and hereby this brigade becomes section 1 paragraph (a) with reference to the rule being Rule1
(2) Upon the apprehension of said suspect by the "cluas-con-us brigade" (see section 1) the suspect will stand trial for said accusation - for example(see above) "raising the hopes of an Interpol fan to gastronomic proportions with no real support to back it up(which shall becomes EXAMPLE A/CASE A - UNA & INTERPOL). The jury has to consist of 6 cluas moderators, who will becomes known as simply "cluas-jury" who hereby become section 2 with addition to this becoming Rule2.
(3) Upon being found guilty, the sentenced party becomes the property of the "carlsberg-exportus brigade". This brigade will become responsible for the shipping and termination of cluas membership, exporting, extradition and possible shooting of the accused and therefore this division of cluas becomes section 3 with the rule becoming Rule3
(4) Severity of punishment is NOT handed down by the Moderators(feels so good tellin them what to do for just a temporary moment even if it is fantasia!!!) unless the case applies to a minor minor offence whereby, mere expulsion is the appropriate sentence. "Cluas-Jury" (rule2) shall have the power to terminate membership whereby non-death sentences are ordered. For example see EXAMPLE A/CASE A - UNA & INTERPOL - This is a shooting offence............................................................................... it shall become
THE CLUAS CONSTITUTION....

| | nah have to take it easy on you hon, you already been made an example of which i think is enough punishment in this case... however a landmark has been set. Besides we need to hear what Rev Jules and Co make of my proposed constitution which i stress, is far from finished!!
