So what does everyone think of the New Order single - Krafty
In my opinion its very New Order with a hint of Joy division in there

If theres much Joy Division in there I can't hear it, the only similarity I can hear being that a synth isn't the foundation of the track. This sounds a bit like New Order the pop band, kind like something off of Power Corruption an Lies, Brotherhood or even Techniques' less dancefloor oriented tracks. Hookys' bass is there but not really rocking it. On first listen and at only streaming quality my first impression is that its not up there with classic new order tracks, or even have the same kind of impact as a first single as "Crystal" did last time round, the video for which is at least partly responsible for The Killers forming a band, now theres influential for you!. This is New Order though, even their lesser tracks would be regarded as the highlight of some other bands careers, and its definitely not bad. Looking forward to hearing the album | | | |

The video was directed by Swedish director and singer Johan Renck a.k.a Stakka Bo who previously has directed videos for Madonna ("Nothing Else Matters") Suede ("She's in fashion"), Maxwell ("Let's not play the game")and New Order video "Crystal" in 2001.
