Has anyone else heard this rumour about the gig in Dublin Castle?

Haven't heard that one but I do think the support would have to be over and above the usual for this gig to sell. Most longtime Moz fans (myself included) have seen him plenty of times and equally, anyone who has been to a gig in the Castle will tell you what a bag o piss it is - a complete atmosphere bypass on just about the longest day of the year which ensures it is bright till about 10:30. Tis all bad. Never thought I'd say this, but I think I'm going to pass on Moz & the Pixies within weeks of each other.

What date is that on? do you reckon he'll play any Smiths tunes. Not really into his solo stuff as much...

Latest work on this gig is that it's sold out! The Castle must hold less than I remember, does anyone know the capacity? On the last tour, Moz played "There is a Light" as a finale and (I think) "Last night I dremt Somebody Loved Me", although I might have dremt that one meself. Saturday 5th June is the date.
