| Some people believe our lives are profoundly influenced by whatever pop song was number one on the day we were born.
Here are some examples of songs that were No.1 on the day they were born using ‘Birthday No.1’ on www.thisdayinmusic.com
On the day Heather Mills was born Hello Goodbye by The Beatles was at No.1 in the UK.
Amy Winehouse – Red Red Wine by UB40 Pete Doherty – Tragedy by The Bee Gees Kate Moss - You Won't Find Another Fool Like Me - New Seekers Carla Bruni - Let The Heartaches Begin - Long John Baldry Paris Hilton – Shaddap You Face - Joe Dolce Courtney Love I Can't Get No Satisfaction Rolling Stones Amir Khan - The Final Countdown - Europe Diana, Princess of Wales - Runaway by Del Shannon
What are yours?

| | Hmm, I don't really get it. How can a song influence you if you're too young to even recognise music? Is it like a subconscious thing? Because Phil Collins was no.1 the day I was born, and I'm very consciously aware of the fact that I hate the bastard. | | | |

| UK: Silver Lady - David Soul. .....I've never even heard it, I didn't even watch starsky and hutch, Dukes of Hazzard was so much cooler, I like ladies and silver (but not silver ladies, thats just weird), does that count?
US: You Light Up My Life - Debby Boone ...who?
Aus: I Feel Love – Donna Summer ...well I am partial to the odd bit of Italo Disco.

| Just checked- mine aren't too bad (apart from the last one), though the reasons for that are quite tragic as I was born a couple of weeks after John Lennon's death. they are
England: Imagine- John Lennon America: (Just Like) Starting Over- John Lennon
and, er...Australia: Shaddup Your Face- Joe Dolce!!
