| | i can testify that brother 'eddiesheridan' is speaking the truth. the jinx sings songs that surpass all the required criteria for an irish singer sonwriter, that laugh in the face of all that is ordinary, that plead with us to take a second look at our peaceful co-existance with the world around us, our friends, our workmates and the stinking facsists that run our country....as bobby gillespie once mused this man is '5 years ahead ahead of his time'......a gentleman prophet, a parochial poet, a great live performer..a f**king genius!
i didnt read about jinx lennon in hotpress or on the door of the jax in whelans i seen him play in april 2002 opening for the subtonics and the things in the castle inn near christchurch (a gig which in my opinion will go down in history)..ive seen him many times since then and ive gotten his album '30 beacons of light in a land of spite drug slugs, thugs and energy vampires'...im asking al u chacers out there..let the power of jinx into your miserable lives. | | | |
