Nice work Nialler and co. Just what CLUAS needs, another good Irish music site to encourage CLUAS to raise its game! Best of luck and hope it endures. eoghan

I concur. Site looks good and looking forward to the March 6th publication. The Ticket have the good word on it today too.

I'm hoping that the more substantive articles have depth and are personalised insofar as the contributing journalists put some of their own souls and opinions into their work. My one complaint about music magazines is that a lot of them seem to be comprehensive exercises in fawning to the greatness of whatever artist(s) is being covered or buying into the hype generated by a band's PR machine rather than having teeth from time to time. I'm not saying berate and slag-off bands for the sake of it of course but sometimes it can be refreshing to read an actual opinion in a piece.

Best of luck with it Niall.

I read that article in the Ticket today too, got really excited for a second cos I misread it and thought it said "Slate". Good news all the same, best of luck Nialler. Please no disgraceful Hotpress/Rolling Stone-style flipflopping.

'I misread it and thought it said "Slate"'... haha! I think you might be on to something there... "every new album, single & gig.. slated".
