the frames and kila and paddy casey and mundy and bellx1 and paul oreilly and damien rice and label and nina hynes and im sure loads of others, are getting together to do a fundraising gig for our friend, the very honorable mic christopher, who unfortunatley still lies unconscious in a dutch hospital. ill keep it brief but heres the deal. venue is vicar street in dublin. date is weds 28th nov. the tickets are ten pounds and are available from ticketmaster (with no booking fee - thanks a big bunch to t/m) as of tommorrow tuesday the 27th nov from 9am onwards. please do NOT phone them before this as they do not have the staff on to cope with it today and their phone lines will just jam up. your patience in this matter would be very very much appreciated. thanks too to aiken promotions who are dontating vicar street free of charge. also - the bands playing will be donating their services for free as will the crew and sound engineer and everyone involved basically - big thank you to everyone. doors will be at 7 sharp and there will probably be a phantom dj there before the bands start at 7.45 or 8pm. we will go on til around the 12.30am mark. there will also be a raffle with prizes like free ins to up and coming gigs, rare bits of music and signed cds etc. i will also be trying to get joe doyle for a night as a prize too......:0) please come out and support this very worthy cause and bring your love and positive vibes so that we can send them on to mic in one big heap. * theres a portrait in a backroom which i keep for days upon *
