| | drummer needed. ability is obviously desirable but a love of the same music, and competance are a good start. oh and location, location , location... other band members on board. located in north county dublin.
influences: sparklehorse, smog, palace, flaming lips, sebadoh, pavement, belle and sebastian.
ps: kit supplied, so if your interested, like similar music and fancy yourself as a drummer then don't hesitate.

Im wondering...are a guitarist? i saw u were looking for a female singer and now ur looking for a drummer. Are u looking to join a band urself? or have u got a few musicians already and are looking to complete a band?
The band im in( female vocalist, drummer, bass and keyboards) are looking for a guitarist with influences very similar to the ones uv posted. Pavement, flaming lips and belle and sebastian are among my favorite bands.
Weve just parted ways with both are guitarists and are luking to try something different.
A bit of info about us:
Were very serious, have own rehearsal space, tons of gigging experience, have released material before, played hard working class heroes last year.
And yes were into alt pop. Jangly guitar music with an emphasis on being quirky.
I cud give u a sample of my olds band stuff but to be honest this is going to be a completely different band with completely different songs so the songs mightnt give u the best indication of what were about.
