Ever wondered how you could help CLUAS? You could of course contribute a few articles but not everyone feels up to that. But here’s another idea: give out a few flyers about the site in your college or at a gig you go to. And to make it that bit easier I last night uploaded a PDF of a CLUAS flyer to the website for y'all to download, print off and then give out. It can be downloaded here: http://www.cluas.com/flyer/flyer.pdf (PDF format, 100KB in size) The PDF file is an A4 size page but there are four flyers on the A4 page so when you print it out you’re gonna have to get that scissors out and cut it down into 4 smaller flyers. If you can print it off in colour, cool. But B&W is also totally cool. So if there’s an idle photocopier at your disposal (in your office?) then run off a few copies. And don’t fret too much about getting a bollocking from the boss (á la David Brent with Dawn for her Post-It Pad pilfering) - running off even just 20 photocopies of the printed PDF page would do the job (20 copies translating into 80 flyers). Then just give out a few at the next gig you go to, or in your college, or down your local. And yes, I know the flyer ain’t going to win any design awards but that’s not goal. The goal is to just put the words “CLUAS.com” in front of more music fans. So if you can help in getting the CLUAS word more widely known by printing off a few flyers and dishing 'em out then get the finger out. Even if you give out just 50 flyers after a gig, or in your college, the impact can be more than you would expect. Every ‘ittle ‘elps. A lot. <Tree-hugger eco-warrior bit> If you dish these out at a gig, maybe by standing at the door as the punters leave after the end of the gig, and then when you’ve dished them all out and are heading for the hills yourself, have a look at the ground and if some of the flyers have been discarded by punters and are littering the pavement do think about picking them up and sticking them in a bin. </Tree-hugger eco-warrior bit> Cheers for whatever little bit you can do. eoghan

Nien. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Nothing. Except for that warm fuzzy feeling that comes with helping out the site.

Hmmmmmm, dunno if flyers will have much impact. They're only going to add to Ireland's atrocious litter problem.I could be wrong.

If the morning papers can get away with it, legally. "Please recycle after use"
