Thanks Klootfan. Looks good but have you tried to replace it yourself? would be worth a shot seeing as my warranty is up anyhow.

Im no electrical expert, but im pretty sure there are websites out there which will show you exactly how to put the new battery in. Ill have to do the same with my own. In fact im going to have to spend 7 euro just for a screw driver to open the player!! Is the battery covered by the warranty

I'm an iRivererererer. Got my brother a Creative Zen. A fine machine it is, but it has one really irritating feature. You can sort by album or by artist, which means if you sort by album, you have to remember the name of each album & who its by (difficult with 700+ albums) ... resulting in 15 Best ofs, 25 Greatest Hits, 16 Essential etc. Sort by artist really takes the piss when you have an album with guest artists on it i.e. take your standard 50cent album, instead of all the tracks going into the 50cent artist folder, most go into it, but it sets up (for one track only) an artist folder called 50cent featuring Eminem , then sticks another track into 50cent featuring Alishia etc etc I prefer the iRiver, windows based format. Artist, Album, Track format where you decide what the folders are called & where the tracks go.

In all fairness, when your initially transferring the tracks to your zen, all you have to do is select all the tracks from the album and change the artist to 50 cent, pretty easy really (i think)

I loaded up the bro's player during work. Threw in a cd & let it rip autmatically. Only realised afterwards what had happened. Wasnt for me, so wasnt arsed about fixing it !
