Did anyone see Paddy Casey in Dolan's, Limerick last Thursday night? The bloke walked off stage in a Diana Ross huff cos he felt his voice wasn't up to scratch when a full house paid €15 for the pleasure. I spoke to a girl that had driven from Kerry and was drinking water cos she had to drive home again straight after...the question on everyone's lips after that was ....,why did u bloody bother? The support was superp, a young dude with a guitar that didn't really let us know who he was...but not a bad performance all in all...and the magikal Hi.Rise who went down a storm. Apparently Casey went across the road to another pub and spent €100 on gargle for people that had been at the gig - but in all fairness a few free gargles does not a gig make!!

wow thats mad. refund hello? he is a jumped up little shite but does have talent no doubt... but at what price? surely, above all else - successful performers are the ones you can relate to, they invoke feelings and emotions... but master napoleon has thrown his toys outta the cot a few too many times i reckon. is it an effort to create intrigue?? oh paddy C. he is so sensitive etc. etc. blah blah... www.soundweb.ie
