he was a great singer and songwriter, and i will never forget him. anytime i saw him he put on a great show....always in his denim jacket. Rest in peace man.

I've only had a couple of encounters with the man and my heart sunk when I heard the news on Thursday morning. I can only imagine how those closer to him might feel and my best wishes go out to all of them. Truly tragic. I think some small comfort can be taken from the fact that so many people showed such incredible love and appreciation for him at Vicar St. on Wednesday-a special, special night! Rest In Peace.
