It's fairly dear.
Tickets on sale when? I'd say seeing their show indoors would be pretty nuts.

I saw them in an indoors venue in Ghent back in June, similar in size to Vicar Street, and he didn't use the bubble thing there. eoghan.

In Edinburgh, in a place about the size of the Ambassasor, he did the bubble. This is brilliant...the best gig I've ever seen was the Lips in Vicar St last time.

i could stomach that, at least I saw them in the olympia and I wouldn't have a chance of getting a ticket anyway!
The way things are going I'm waiting for the announcement "John Lennon back from the dead for one night only" November gig.

They put on a marvellous show, but I fear their best music is some way behind them and I wouldn't be shelling out almost €50 to see 'em, even if it is Vicar St, no siree...!

My mam likes them too. My mam likes most of the stuff I listen to: QOTSA, Death in Vegas, Manic Street Preachers, Flaming Lips and she loves blue nile so much that she's volunteering for amnesty international at EP just to get there since its sold out. Of course she could just be a humanitarian or something or other... but I like to believe its for the free music and handing out free champagne

I managed to get a few too.
By the way, I think it helps to be registered (and logged into) Ticketmaster before you start looking for tickets.

I don't think being logged in effects your search in anyway, it just speeds up the purchase thats all

I love city discs. Hopped in the car at 9:20, up in town at 10:15 (traffic? what traffic?). Road records didn't get any in, Sound Celler was sold out. City discs had LOADS (as of 10:30 they did anyway).

Road Recs seem to be getting very few tickets in these days ...

Yeah, but when there's heavy traffic you're even in danger of losing your place during the purchase stage. Its happened to me before, and I had to start from scratch.
